Right of Withdrawal

1. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ariashine GmbH, Magstadter str.18, 71272 Renningen, Tel.: +49 (0) 1748991983, Email: [email protected]) via a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

The same payment method used in the original transaction will be used for the refund unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs earlier.

3. Returning the Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, properties, and functioning.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and require individual selection or determination by the consumer.
• For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
